The Daily Collection Report provides a comprehensive summary of fees collected and inventory sales for a specific day. It includes essential details such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Payment Mode-wise Collection Breakdown<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Total Gross & Net Collection<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User-wise Transaction Details<\/strong> (e.g., Accountant, Fee Collection Executive, Parents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User-wise Refund Details (if applicable)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fee Type-wise Amount Breakdown<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    1. Academic Session<\/strong>
      Select the academic session to retrieve fee collection data for the specified time frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Class-Section<\/strong>
      Filter the report by a specific class-section or generate it for all class-sections simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Student Status<\/strong>
      Choose from the following options to filter based on student status:\n

      • Active<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Inactive : This is useful for downloading reports for students who are inactive, such as those who have taken a Transfer Certificate (TC) or have been marked inactive due to prolonged absence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Both types<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Payment Modes<\/strong>
        Filter transactions based on the specific payment modes used (e.g., cash, cheque, cards, online).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fee Collected By<\/strong>\n

        • Select the collection source: either school employee name<\/strong> or Parent login <\/strong>(default).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • By default, the Parent option is selected. You can adjust this setting as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Show Report in Vertical Headers<\/strong>
          Enable this option to display and download the report with vertically aligned headers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Show Student Wallet Transactions in the Report<\/strong>
          Select this option to include student wallet transactions in the report. If left unchecked, the report will exclude wallet transaction details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Click the SUBMIT<\/strong> button to generate and download the report in PDF format<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
