How can I align the payment transaction date and settlement date in fee reporting for accurate financial record-keeping?

Step 1: Download the Fee Collection Report for Online Transactions

  1. Log in to NextOS using your admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to Finance > Fee > Reports > Fee Collection Report.
  3. Select the desired date range and choose Online Transactions (PG) as the report type.
  4. Click Download to save the report in Excel or PDF format.

    Step 2: Download the Settlement Report from the Payment Gateway Module

    1. Navigate to Transactions > Finance > Payment Gateway > Reports.
    2. Apply the required date filters and download the Settlement Report for that period.
    3. You can also use the Online Transaction tab in the Payment Gateway module to view settlement details directly on-screen.

      Step 3: Cross-Check the Payment Date and Settlement Date

      1. Open both the Fee Collection Report and the Settlement Report side by side.
      2. Compare the Payment Date from the Fee Collection Report with the Settlement Date from the Settlement Report.
      3. Note any transactions where the dates do not match.
      4. Alternatively, verify these details directly in the Online Transaction tab by checking the Payment Date and Settlement Date columns.
