How to reset my password?

  1. Click on “Forgot Password” and you will be redirected to another page where you need to enter your registered email address or mobile number. 
  2. If you enter your registered email address and click on ‘SUBMIT’, a mail will be sent to you to your registered email address.
  3. Check your Inbox and Spam folders for the mail, open it and click on the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button (valid for 30 minutes) which will help you set a new password.
  4. If you enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘SUBMIT’, an OTP will be sent to you which will help you set a new password.
  5. Enter the OTP and you will be asked to type in and confirm your new password.
  6. If you don’t want to enter your credentials every time you log in, tick the ‘Remember me’ checkbox before you click on ‘SIGN IN’.

 

Student

 

  1. Log in with the parent account (username can be your mobile number or email ID) through Google Chrome and navigate to the top right corner.
  2. You can notice a profile icon there. Click on it and navigate to Manage Accounts.
  3. Select the Student Account tab.
  4. You can create/change the password of your student account and click on “Save”.

 

If you cannot see the “Create/Change Password” option, then contact your school admin for further assistance.
