- Click on “Forgot Password” and you will be redirected to another page where you need to enter your registered email address or mobile number.
- If you enter your registered email address and click on ‘SUBMIT’, a mail will be sent to you to your registered email address.
- Check your Inbox and Spam folders for the mail, open it and click on the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button (valid for 30 minutes) which will help you set a new password.
- If you enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘SUBMIT’, an OTP will be sent to you which will help you set a new password.
- Enter the OTP and you will be asked to type in and confirm your new password.
- If you don’t want to enter your credentials every time you log in, tick the ‘Remember me’ checkbox before you click on ‘SIGN IN’.
Student
- Log in with the parent account (username can be your mobile number or email ID) through Google Chrome and navigate to the top right corner.
- You can notice a profile icon there. Click on it and navigate to Manage Accounts.
- Select the Student Account tab.
- You can create/change the password of your student account and click on “Save”.
If you cannot see the “Create/Change Password” option, then contact your school admin for further assistance.
