User Registration from Mobile App:
- Staff Registration:
- Staff members should download and log in to the mobile app using their credentials.
- Navigate to BioFacial Registration:
- Within the mobile app, access the user profile section or Navigate to Attendance >> My Attendance
- Initiate BioFacial Registration:
- Select the “BioFacial Registration” option within the user profile.
- Follow Registration Prompts:
- Follow the on-screen prompts to register their facial features for attendance tracking.
Approval Process(Web Admin Access):
- Waiting for Approval:
- After completing the registration, the request will display as “Waiting for Approval”.
- Admin Approval:
- The admin must log in to the web interface and navigate to Transactions >> Staff >> Staff Attendance >> BioFacial Registration.
- Review and approve the registration request for facial recognition.
Staff Attendance Marking:
- Punch In:
- Once approved, staff members can use the mobile app to mark their attendance.
- Navigate to Attendance >> My Attendance in the mobile app.
- Initiate Punch In:
- Click on “Punch In” to record attendance for the day.
- Location Verification:
- The app will verify the staff member’s location using geofencing technology.
- Complete Punch In:
- Upon successful verification, proceed to complete the Punch In process.
Punch Out:
- End of Workday:
- At the end of the workday, staff members can mark their Punch Out attendance using the mobile app.
