Why am I not getting a fee receipt after making a successful payment?

Possible Reasons and Resolutions:

Fee Receipt Download Disabled:

The “Disable Fee Receipt Download for Student and Parent Login” option may be enabled.

  1. To resolve this:
    • Go to Settings and select Finance.
    • Select the Fee option and navigate to Fee Collection Settings.
    • Select Global and ensure the Fee Receipt Download option for students and parents is disabled.

Permission for Transaction History Disabled:

The school’s settings may have disabled the Transaction History permission for the parent profile.

  1. To enable this:
    • Go to Settings and select Administration.
    • Navigate to Roles and Permissions.
    • Search for Parent and go to the Fee option.
    • Mark the checkbox for Transaction History to enable this permission.

By updating these settings, parents and students should be able to view and download fee receipts after making payments.
