In this approach, students must have:
✅ Registered themselves using the Next Gurukul.
✅ Activated their lab course using the product key provided in their lab handbook.

How To Activate Your Account?
Step 1: Plan the Enrollment Process
- Ask students to bring their lab handbook for activation.
- Keep in mind that this process can also be performed via teacher’s account, So you can plan it accordingly.
Step 2: Admit Students Individually
- If you are an admin, Navigate to Home > School Workspace > Manage Students.
If you are a teacher, Navigate to Curriculum > Course > Students > Tap onicon .
- Tap Admit with Activation Code.
- Scan or Enter Product Key
- If you are using the Next Gurukul mobile app, the system will automatically launch the QR code scanner.
- If you are using the web version, you will be prompted to manually enter the product key.
- The app will display the Student Name & Class linked to the activation key.
- Review & Verify the student’s details, Click Admit.
- Repeat the steps to enroll more students.
Where do I find the Product Key?
It is printed in the student’s lab handbook.
