Rank Configuration Overview

The way in which the performance of students is ranked can be configured here.
Criteria on which the ranking is to be given to the students are being defined here.

Usages on screen:

1. Consider Failed Students: Failed students are not considered while ranks are assigned
2. Ranks Passed Students First: Passed students are ranked first, followed by the failed students.
3. Skip Ranks: student A and B get 90 marks and C gets 88 then ranking will be A=1st B=1st and C=3rd
4. Generating ranks across sections: Allows users to rank students between sections. This feature can be used only after the results for all the sections are published. Once results are published user can click generate ranks, which will regenerate the report card with class ranks(if the keys for class ranks are used in the report card).
