How can I view updated follow-up remarks for a student?

  1. Navigate to Student > Admission > Manage Admission.
  2. Select the relevant step – Enquiry, Application, Registration, Evaluation, or Confirmation based on the student’s current stage.
  3. At the top, click on the Next Follow-up Date and choose today’s date or any future date to view all scheduled follow-ups.
  4. Locate the student and click View Remarks to see all previous follow-up notes.
  5. To update the follow-up from this page:
    • Click the (plus) icon.
    • Enter the new status, next follow-up date, and any remarks.
    • Click Save to record the update.

Tip: You can also use the Admission Follow-up Report for an Excel friendly export of all follow-up data. This is useful for reviews and offline analysis.
