- Navigate to Student > Student List and Reports > Student List.
- Search for and select the student whose primary contact you want to update.
- Go to the Student tab and click the pencil icon to edit the profile.
- Scroll down to the Contact Details section.
- In the Primary Contact dropdown, select either Father, Mother, or Guardian as the primary contact for the student.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: The updated primary contact will now reflect on the student’s fee receipt.
