How are payment gateway transaction charges deducted from the school’s account?

By default, the fee bearer is set as the parent, meaning any transaction charges will be paid by the parent based on the selected payment mode.

To view current Transaction Charges:

1. Go to Settings > Finance > Payment Gateway
2. Click on Payment Gateway Settings
3. Here, you’ll find the transaction charge rates based on the selected bearer (parent/school).
   These charges are also visible to parents during online payment.

Note: Transaction charges are defined by the payment gateway provider as per RBI guidelines.

To change the Fee bearer to School:

If the school wants to change the fee bearer to the school :
