Additional fields can always be added to the student form and admission renewal forms. The fields added from the custom fields page of School Setup can be added to the required forms and deleted when you feel the so.

1. Select the form (from the yellow bar) to which you wish to add the field.
Add Student Form is the form that is available for you at the time of addition of details of a student. This form is available in the Student List page.
When you want to view all the details of a student that is added, and if you wish to add more details to it, Student 360 form is available for you. This form can be accessed from the Student Profile page of each student.
The Renewal Form needs to be filled by the parents mainly as their confirmation of continuing the admission of their child at the school and also to select the optional subjects for the students for the forthcoming year.
- Click at the top right corner of the page. The pop-up window will appear.
- Click the check circle against the field name and click ADD. The field selected will appear on the screen.
- To make the selected field mandatory on the form, turn on the toggle for Mandatory column.
NOTE:
- Whenever you wish to hide the field on the form, turn off the toggle for Show in Form column.
- Custom fields can be deleted, to delete custom fields click.
