How can I map a report card template for the half-yearly exam?

You can map the report card template from the Report Card Builder page. Follow the steps below:

If a template is already available under the Assessment tab:

1. Navigate to : Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder > Assessment.
2. Search for the template that is not yet mapped to any assessment.
3. Click the Edit button next to the template.
4. Map the template to the Half-Yearly Exam as needed.

If no templates are available under the Assessment tab:

1. Navigate to : Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder > Standard
2. Select the appropriate Report Card Group.
3. Choose a Template and click Confirm.
4. Select the Class.
5. Set the Template Type to Assessment.
6. Choose the relevant Term and Assessment (e.g., Half-Yearly Exam).
7. Click Create to complete the mapping.
