How can I update skills data for students?

Configure the Skill Hierarchy

  1. Navigate to: Student > Examination > Skill Tracking Configuration
  2. Select the Class for which you want to configure the skills.
  3. Click Add to define:
  4. Skill Domain (e.g., Scholastic, Co-Scholastic)
  5. Sub-Domain (e.g., Reading, Teamwork)
  6. Once all levels are created, click Save to finalize the configuration.

Log Skill Performance.

  1. Navigate to : Student > Examination > Skill Tracking Log.
  2. Select the Class, Section, and Student.
  3. Choose the Term/Assessment Period.
  4. For each activity, assign the developmental stage/performance level.
  5. Click Save to record the progress.

    • Enables personalized instruction and targeted intervention planning.
