You can set up a unique grading scale for pre-primary classes using the Grade System configuration.
- Log in to your NextOS account using your School Admin credentials.
- Navigate to Settings → Student → Examination → Examination Settings.
- Click on Grade System.
- Select Add Custom Logic to create a new grading scale.
- Provide a Grading Scale Name, define the Input Type and Output Type, then click Next.
- Configure the criteria for:
- Decimal Places
- Round Off Settings for marks and percentage
- Enter the marks range from 0 to 100 for each grade point.
Tip: Ensure decimal ranges are continuous.
Example: 0 to 33.0 = E, 33.01 to 40.0 = D, 40.01 to 50.00 = C2, and so on. - Click Next and select the Classes for which this grading system should apply.
- Click Submit to save the grading scale.
Your custom grading scale will now be available to use during the exam structure configuration via exam hierarchy.
