Why are optional or specific subjects (like ICT or Computer Science) not appearing in the mark entry fields?

If the user is unable to view the optional subjects in the mark entry screen, there might be  two reasons.

  1. The optional subject mapping is not done for the students.
    Path : Settings > Examination > Optional Subject Mapping 
  2. The examination structure is not created for the subject.
    Path : Settings > Examination > Examination Hierarchy
