This issue usually occurs when the DOB or DOJ format is not in DD/MM/YYYY format. In that case, you’ll need to correct it in the error file and re-upload.
How to fix in the error file:
- Go to Settings > Administration > School Setup > Bulk Student/Staff Upload.
- Select the Student tab, then click Upload History (top-right corner).
- Download the invalid entries(error) file.
- Correct the DOB and DOJ to DD/MM/YYYY format.
- Tip: Right-click the cell > Format Cells > change to the required date format.
- Save the file and re-upload.
