How can I troubleshoot DOB & DOJ errors when uploading bulk student data?

This issue usually occurs when the DOB or DOJ format is not in DD/MM/YYYY format. In that case, you’ll need to correct it in the error file and re-upload.

How to fix in the error file:

  1. Go to Settings > Administration > School Setup > Bulk Student/Staff Upload.
  2. Select the Student tab, then click Upload History (top-right corner).
  3. Download the invalid entries(error) file.
  4. Correct the DOB and DOJ to DD/MM/YYYY format.
    • Tip: Right-click the cell > Format Cells > change to the required date format.
  5. Save the file and re-upload.
