Want to know which of your marketing efforts bring the most admission leads? With NextOS, you can run campaigns and track their performance from a single dashboard. This helps you see which platforms (social media, website, etc.) are working best.
Here is a step-by-step guide to get you started.
Step 1: Enable Online Admission Form
First, you need to activate the online admission form for your school branch.
- Navigate to Settings > Student > Admission > Admission Process.
- Click the pencil icon to edit, and Enable Online Admission to activate.
- Select the academic sessions and classes for which online admission is applicable.
- Complete any other required form details and click Save.
Once saved, a unique online admission URL will be generated.

Step 2: Create Campaign and Tracking Links
To track exactly where your leads come from, you’ll need to create unique tracking links for each of your marketing channels.
- Copy the online admission URL that you just created.
- Use a campaign builder (like Google’s Campaign URL Builder) to create your tracking link.
- When using the campaign builder, be sure to fill in all the required fields, such as:
- Website URL: Helps users to submit online enquiry.
- Campaign Source: Used to identify the specific source (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, your Website).
- Fill other important details as needed
- The builder will generate a tracking URL based on your inputs, Copy this URL to use on your marketing channels.
Note: Create unique campaign URL for each marketing channel by repeating the same process.

Step 3: Track & Analyze Campaign Performance
When a student fills out the admission form through any campaign link, the system automatically captures their details along with the enquiry source.
As an admin, you can track and compare campaign results using reports:
- Go to Student > Admission > Admission Reports
- Open Admission Summary, and Click Analytics
- This shows how each campaign/channel is performing and which sources generate the most leads.
- Open Admission Application Status Report
- This shows admission enquiries wise details such as the source, medium, and campaign each enquiry came from.
