- Go to: Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy
- Select Class and Academic Term where you want to create the Pre-Board exam (e.g., Term 2 or a separate Pre-Board term).
- Add a new Assessment:
- Click the “Add” button at the Assessment Level
- Enter the Assessment Name (e.g., “Pre-Board Exam”)
- Import Subjects:
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) at the assessment level
- Select “Import Subjects”
- This pulls the subjects mapped for the class into the Pre-Board exam
- Configure Each Subject:
- Under the Pre-Board Assessment, for each subject, click “Add Activity” (if needed for parts like theory/practical)
- For each Subject or Activity, do the following:
- Set the Maximum Marks
- Choose the appropriate Grade Scale
- Mention Weightage if applicable
- Save after each step.
📌 Notes:
- If you’re using Theory + Practical or different components, create them as Activities under the subject.
- Ensure that grade scales are already configured in:
Settings > Student > Examination > Grade Scales
