For configuring the fee receipts please follow the below-mentioned steps.
To configure the fee, there are two processes that need to be followed:
For Auto-Numbering:-
- Click on settings.
- Go to finance.
- From the list click on Fee.
- Now, from the list, find “Fee Autonumbering Sequence” and enter it.
- Click on the plus icon (+).
- Enter the sequence name as per your preference, such as “Fee receipt_2024-2025.”
- Enter the prefix, variable, and suffix according to your preference. The variable you mention here will start from the next number, which will be used in the fee receipt.
- For example, if you enter 0, the fee receipt will start from 1.
- Prefix: A constant part before the variable number, for example: FR (Fee Receipt).
- Variable: The number that will increment with each new receipt.
- Suffix: A constant part after the variable number, for example: 2024.
- Example:
- Prefix: FR
- Variable: 0
- Suffix: 2024
- This will result in the first fee receipt: FR1-2024.
- Select the check-circle next to a specific session and choose the desired session(s).
- In the Sequence, select the fee receipt and click on ADD.
- In this way, you can configure the fee receipt for a specific session.

Fee Receipt Configuration
- Click on settings.
- Go to finance.
- From the list click on Fee.
- Click on Fee Receipt Template
- Click on + icon
- Select the template size you want (A4, A5, A6).
- Now, select the receipt template and click on “Click here to select.
- Click on Next.
- Select the class for which you want to configure the template.
- Click on Next.
- Select the autonumbering.
- If you want to show the fee types installment-wise in the fee receipt, click the rectangular box.
- Click on Done.
There are three fee templates available on the system, but the support team recommended the first template, which I have already shown above.
