How can fee receipts be configured to display separate rows for multiple installments of the same fee type when paid in a single transaction?

  1. Navigate to Settings > Finance > Fee
  2. Click on Fee Receipt Template.
  3. Click on the + icon.
  4. Select the template size you want (A4, A5, A6).
  5. Select the receipt template and click on “Click here to select”.
  6. Click Next, Select the class for which you want to configure the template.
  7. Click Next, Select the Autonumbering.
    Tip : You can configure autonumbering sequence from fee settings.
  8. If you want to display fee types installment-wise in the fee receipt, click the rectangular box.
  9. Click Done.

Note: When you enable the rectangular box option to display fee types installment-wise, the fees will appear in separate rows for multiple installments of the same fee type when they are paid in a single transaction.
