How can I configure a Sports Bonafide Certificate?

This article provides a step-by-step guide on configuring the Sports Bonafide Certificate. This setup is completed in two parts.

Part 1: Configure Auto-Numbering

1. Go to Settings > Student > Student.
2. Click Auto Number Setting.
3. Click the + icon on the top-right, and enter the required details:
   • Series Name (e.g., Sports Certificate-)
   • Prefix (e.g., SPC-)
   • Starting No. (e.g., 1, 101,1001 etc. – This will be incremental)
   • Suffix (optional — e.g., -2025)
   • Apply to: Select Sports Bonafide Certificate
   • Session: Choose the mapping session from Current or All Session
     Tip : If All session is selected then same series will be automaticlly mapped in every session and work in sync.
4. Click Create to save the numbering series.

Part 2: Configure the Certificate Template

1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Student.
2. Select Letter Generation Settings.
3. Use the Filter to locate the Sports Bonafide Certificate.
4. Click the Add (+) symbol on the top-right.
5. Select the required certificate template and click Next.
6. Choose the Class / Classes where this certificate will be applicable and click Next.
7. Select the Auto-Numbering Sequence created in Part 1.
8. Click Done to complete the template configuration.

Your Sports Bonafide Certificate is now successfully configured with the selected template and auto-numbering sequence. You can generate it using self services under Student module.
