How to configure installments using ‘Fee Schedule’?

  1. Navigate to Settings > Finance
  2. Open Fee Schedule by selecting Fee > Fee Schedule.
    • Click on the + button to add a new schedule.
  3. Provide a Schedule Name. eg. Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual etc.
  4. Select and map the relevant Classes.
  5. Click the + button under the Instalments section and specify the number of instalments required.
  6. Enter details for each instalment, including:
    • Instalment Name
    • Start Due Date
    • End Due Date
  7. Pro-Rata installment dates – In case you have enabled pro-rata settings, it will show following instalment dates to enter. If it is not enabled then you can proceed to save.
    • Instalment Start Date
    • Instalment End Date
  8. Click Save to finalize the instalment schedule.
