How are fees displayed in the Parent Login? (Overview)

Parents can easily view their ward’s fee details through the NextOS App or Web Portal. Here’s a quick overview of how fees appear:

1. Log in Using Parent Credentials

• Open the NextOS App or web portal.
• Enter the parent username and password shared by the school.
• Click Login to access the parent dashboard.

2. Navigate to Fee Payment

• In web – from the dashboard, go to the Quick Links section.
• In app – go to Fee tab from home screen.
• Click on Fee Payment to open the Fee Payment Dashboard.

3. View Fee Details

On the Fee Payment dashboard, parents can see:

• Billed Amount – Total fees assigned for the academic year/term.
• Paid Amount – Fees already paid.
• Concession – Any discounts or waivers applied by the school.
• Fine – Applicable late fee or penalty.
• Split-Up – A detailed breakup of all fee components (e.g., tuition, transport, etc.).

This section helps parents clearly understand outstanding dues, if any.

4. Make a Payment (If Applicable)

• If fees are pending, click Pay Now or the available payment option.
• Choose a preferred payment method (Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
• Complete the transaction through the secure payment gateway.

After a successful payment:

• A digital receipt is generated instantly.
• Parents can download or print the receipt for future reference.
