How can fees be edited for individual fee heads when paying through the parent login?

Parents cannot directly edit or modify individual fee head amounts from the Parent Login. However, they can choose to make a partial payment(if allowed by school) instead of paying the full due amount.

Steps to Make a Partial Payment

  1. Open the NextOS app or web portal
  2. Enter the username and password provided by the school
  3. From the dashboard, click Fee Payment under Quick Links
  4. View the billed amount, paid amount, and pending dues
    Note: Individual fee head amounts cannot be edited in Parent Login
  5. Proceed with Payment
    • Scroll to the bottom and click Pay Other Amount
    • This enables entering a custom payable amount
    • Type the partial amount you prefer to pay
    • Click Pay Now
    • Choose payment mode (Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)
    • Complete the transaction via the payment gateway
    • After successful payment, a confirmation message and receipt will be shown
    • Download or print the receipt for future reference
