Purpose of the Remarks column
- The Remarks column allows the fee collection executive to add comments during the payment confirmation stage.
- These remarks are printed on the fee receipt and can include transaction-specific notes, special instructions, or clarifications.
- It helps improve clarity, transparency, and record-keeping for both the school and parents.
If the remarks are not displaying on the receipt
- This usually happens when the remarks key is missing or not mapped correctly in the fee receipt template.
- If the template requires design changes or technical assistance, the issue needs to be handled by the support team.
How to get it fixed
You can raise a request to the support team using either of the following methods:
- Log in to NextOS and use Raise a Ticket or Chat with Support from the support section.
- Alternatively, send an email to support@nexteducation.in with the following details:
- School Name
- School URL
- Fee Receipt Template Name
- Affected class or fee type (if applicable)
- A sample fee receipt with the required corrections clearly marked (scanned or photographed)
The support team will review the template and update it so the remarks column displays correctly on the fee receipts.
