How can I generate fee receipts in bulk for pending collection entries?

  1. Navigate to Finance > Fee > Collect Fee.
  2. Download the Bulk Upload Template
    • In the Collect Fee section, click on the Bulk Upload icon.
    • Click the Download Excel button to download the fee collection template.
  3. Fill in Collection Details
    • Open the downloaded Excel template.
    • Enter the required collection details for each student, such as:
      • Student name
      • Fee amount
      • Payment date
      • Any other mandatory fields.
    • Save the updated Excel file on your computer.
  4. Upload the Excel File
    • Go back to the Collect Fee section in the Next OS platform.
    • Upload the completed Excel file by clicking on the Upload option on the same page.
    • Wait for the system to process the data.
  5. Completion
    • Once the file is successfully uploaded, the system will generate fee receipts in bulk.
    • You can review and print the receipts as needed.
