In Progress, Upcoming, Completed, Canceled, Not yet started are the types of the trip which can be viewed in trip management. The trips are on service can be viewed in In progress with the details including service, status, next stop, prev. stop and vehicle. The trips are scheduled for the future can be viewed in Upcoming with the details including service, status, start time, end time, vehicle, driver and attendant. The completed trips can be viewed in Completed with the details including service, status, start time, end time, vehicle, driver and attendant. The trips which are not used for any service can be viewed in Canceled with details including service, vehicle, driver, attendant, the reason for cancellation. The trips which are not yet started on the scheduled time will show under Not Yet Started.
- Select In Progress/Upcoming/Completed/Canceled/Not Yet Started tab on the page. The list of trips will be displayed.
- Click the trip which you want to track and view on map. The map view will be displayed on the right side of the page and the details of the Route, Vehicle, Driver, Attendant will be shown on the left side of the page.
- Click Live Tracking on the top of the page to see the live location of the vehicle on the map.
- Click Passenger on the top of the page to view the passenger’s details. The list of the students and staff details will be displayed including Total Passengers, Yet to Board, Boarded and absent.
- Click Speed Graph on the top of the page to view the Speed Limit, Max. Speed Limit Reached and Above Speed Limit of the vehicle.
NOTE:
- The trip details can be changed and rescheduled for a scheduled trip (Upcoming). Click Change to change the details. The pop-up window will appear.
- Select vehicle, driver or attendant tab in the pop-up window and select available vehicle, driver and attendant.
- Click Apply Changes.
- Click Reschedule to change the timings of the trip. The pop-up window will appear.
- Enter the new start time and click OK. The time will be changed.
