How to send a message to passengers concerned person in trip management?

The message regarding the trip can be sent to the passenger’s concerned person. The message can be sent in the form of SMS or Email.

  1. Select In Progress/Upcoming/Completed/Cancelled tab on the page. The list of trips will be displayed.
  2. Click the trip for which you want to send a message.
  3. Click Send Message. The pop-up window will appear.
  4. Select Type from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select checkbox against Father, Mother, Local Guardian or Primary Contact to send the message.
  6. Enter Subject and Description.
  7. Click Send. The message will be sent to the member.
