The message regarding the trip can be sent to the passenger’s concerned person. The message can be sent in the form of SMS or Email.
- Select In Progress/Upcoming/Completed/Cancelled tab on the page. The list of trips will be displayed.
- Click the trip for which you want to send a message.
- Click Send Message. The pop-up window will appear.
- Select Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select checkbox against Father, Mother, Local Guardian or Primary Contact to send the message.
- Enter Subject and Description.
- Click Send. The message will be sent to the member.
