Are staff accounts pre-configured with roles and permissions?

Yes, staff accounts are pre-configured based on their assigned roles. You can also view which roles and permissions are assigned by following these steps:

  1. Click on Settings.
  2. Click on Administration, then School Setup.

3. Select Roles & Permissions.

4. Select a specific role, and you will be able to see the permissions assigned to that role.

5. If you need to grant additional permissions or remove existing ones, the admin can make those changes.
