Yes, both the parents can activate separate accounts for the same student but for this the mobile number of both the parents must be different.
Step 1- Go to the transaction part and click on the student icon.
Step 2- Click on Student List & Reports.
Step 3- From the drop down click on Student List.
Search student and click on that student
After that click on parent section, click on the edit option and enter the father’s mobile number
After entering the number click on save option
And now click on the edit option and enter the mother’s mobile number After entering the number click on save option.
After entering the both father’s and mother’s mobile number now we try how to activate the account separately
Step 1- Click on Settings.
Step 2- Go to Administration.
Step 3- From the drop down click on school setup.
Step 4- Find User Account Management and Click it.
Step 5- Find a Parent option and click it.
Here you can see the student’s name is ABC and both father’s and mother’s names are visible to create the account. When you click on areate account, the system will send an account activation link/message/OTP to the registered number.
