To activate staff accounts:
- Click on Settings.
- Then click on Administration, followed by School Setup.
→ Click on User Account Management, and then click on Staff.
→ Select the staff member whose account you want to activate and click on the Create button.
All selected members will receive an activation link at once.
- If the school wants to use the employee ID as the username and date of birth as the password:
This is only possible if the contact information has not been entered. To do this:
- Go to Settings -> Administration -> School Setup -> User Account Management -> User Account Settings.
→ In User Account Settings, you will see an option at the bottom: “User Account Activation Without Validation Config”. Enable this option and save it.
→ After enabling this feature, go to User Account Management -> Staff -> Insufficient Information.
-> Select the staff member you want to activate, then click on Create. The accounts will be activated with the employee ID as the username and date of birth as the password.
