Cancel Fee Overview

The fee paid for a student can be cancelled by this feature.  This functionality can be used for the situations when

  • The fee is recorded/collected for a wrong student by mistake
  • Wrong mode of payment was selected during fee collection
  •  Auto numbering sequence was wrong

Cancelling a fee transaction will delete the payment entry, cancel the receipt corresponding to that transaction and restore the amount as fee dues.
