Fee Summary Report

This reports give detailed report on the summary of the fee for students of selected class filtered either on student basis or on Class Section instalment basis.

Explanation of filters:

• If the filter is kept based on Student, student wise data of the overall fee structure, paid fees, due fees, fine incurred etc. is shown.
• If the filter is kept based on Class Section wise, then the overall fee structure, paid fees, due fees, fine incurred etc. is shown for all the selected Class & Section.
• If the filter is kept based on Class Section wise and ‘Show fee type wise break-up’ checkbox is selected, then the overall fee structure, paid fees, due fees, fine incurred etc. is shown for each of the fee types for the selected Class & Section.

Fee amount specific information:

• Billed Fee -> All fee dues + Ad hoc fees (collected) – Fee type/instalment wise concessions assigned
• Paid fees -> Actual fee due paid + Ad hoc fees (collected) – Fee type/instalment wise concessions assigned
• Fee Due (As on Date) -> [Unpaid Fee dues with start date <= current date] – [Fee type/instalment wise concessions assigned]
• Fee Due (Annual) -> [Unpaid Fee dues for the entire year] – [Fee type/instalment wise concessions assigned]
• Fine Paid -> Late fine (collected) + Cheque Bounce Fine (collected)
• Fine outstanding -> Late fine (fee type/instalment wise) which are accumulated but not collected + Cheque Bounce Fine accumulated but not collected
