When a new branch is created, the count of staff, student, or applicants are not known for some days. So, we have defined some default SMS Usage Limit for at least 30 days based on the date creation of a branch.
Until the next month of the onboarding of a new branch, that is, if a branch is created between 1st and 31st March, the following default SMS limit for this branch will remain until 30th of April.

- 40,000 SMS per month for student recipient related contacts
- 50,000 SMS per month for staff recipient
- 10,000 for admission applicants
- 1,000 SMS per month to Others recipients using Manual Compose
After the next month of the onboarding (that is, after 3oth April for the above example), the SMS limit will follow the SMS limit as defined in the Policy.
