How can a parent access sibling student accounts on a single device? (iOS)

📌 Note: This process is only applicable if sibling mapping has already been completed by the school.

Step 1: Open the NextOS application on your smartphone.

• If it is not installed, download and install it from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).

Step 2: Select Parent and enter the following details:

• School Code/Domain – The unique address of your ward’s school on NextERP servers.
• Username – Your registered phone number or email (as shared by the school or NextED).
• Password/OTP – Either user-generated or provided by the school. Update it if required.

Step 3: Click on Sign In.

Step 4: If accessing for the first time, complete the 2-step onboarding process:

• Validate your identity by entering the Date of Birth of all active sibling students.
• Click on Proceed to complete the setup.

Step 5: Once the account setup is complete, you will be logged in as a Parent.

Step 6: In the Welcome Parent section, locate the downward arrow and click on it.

Step 7: You will see a list of sibling names. Click on a student’s name to access their dashboard for various transactions.
