As part of Next Gurukul’s commitment to supporting schools in achieving academic excellence, Teachers are now provided with student management access for their assigned classes, offering extended support to School Admins.
How to Access?
Navigate to Curriculum > Select a Course > Tap on Manage Students
What can Teachers do with this Access?
- View & Manage Students – On the landing page, you will see all the enrolled students for the selected class and course.
- Tap on a student’s name to view or update their details.
- Use the Search
option to quickly find a specific student from the list.
- Reset Student password – You can use reset password link available in student profile to update student password for whom it is not created yet.
- Download login info – Tap on a student’s name to view or update their details. Use the Search option to quickly find a specific student from the list.
Note: Passwords that students have set themselves will not be included in the downloaded report. - View Lab Access Code – Tap on the view
icon to view the Lab Access Code for each student. These codes are required for students to access lab sessions in the computer lab.
- Student Lab Activation – Tap on the diary
icon to see the list of students with pending lab activation. Activation is mandatory for enabling access to course content. Without activation, students will not be able to access lab sessions or complete assignments from home.

icon at the bottom right corner to add new students. You can add students using the following methods:
- Quick Add – Add individual students manually.
- Bulk Upload – Upload multiple student details using an Excel file.
- Admit with Activation Code – Approve admission requests for self-registered students.
