To use NextLab at your school, login accounts must be created for you.
Your teacher account will be set up by the school administrator. Once it’s ready, you will receive a message containing a link to install the Next Gurukul application.
Sample Message:
Dear Teacher, Your school admin has invited you to
access the NextLab course. Please signup using this mobile number
to activate your account – http://bit.ly/ngapp –NextEd
Steps to activate your Account :
- Tap the link in the message to install the Next Gurukul app.
- Open the app, and Tap Sign Up, Enter your contact information, and tap Send OTP.
- The OTP will be auto-detected, or you can enter it manually. Tap Verify.
- On the next screen:
- Enter your full name.
- Select I’m a Teacher.
- Choose your Board, Class, and Subjects you teach.
- Tap Continue.
- Allow location access, or manually select your location if it isn’t detected automatically.
- Search for your school name, select the correct one from the list, and tap Continue.
- If multiple schools appear, verify using the school address.
- If your school is not listed, check your location settings or country selection.
- Set a new password for your account and tap Save.
- This password can be used for web access, while you can always use OTP login in both mobile app and web.
As a teacher, you can manage students in assigned class & section, access and share resources, assign homework, and track student usage reports.
