- Open the NextOS App on your mobile device.
- Log in as an Admin using your username and password.
- From the home screen, Go to School Hub.
- Tap on Fee > Fee Due / Defaulters to view pending fee details.
- Tap on the Filter icon (three horizontal lines) at the top-right corner.
- Apply the required filters such as:
a. Academic Year
b. Class / Section
c. Installments (Term-wise / Monthly) - Tap Submit to generate the list.
- The app will now display the list of defaulters with details such as:
a. Student Name
b. Class & Section
c. Outstanding Amount
d. Due Date - Based on the data, you may take further actions such as calling parents or sending reminders if required.
