Step 1: Log in as a parent using your parent credentials.
Step 2: Click on the profile icon and choose Manage Accounts.
Step 3: Navigate to the Student Accounts tab and select the child’s name.
Step 4: Verify the child’s identity by entering their Date of Birth (DOB) as per school records.
Note: If the DOB does not match school records, contact the school administrator with a valid ID proof to update it.
Step 5: Set a new password and click Done to save the changes.
Once completed, you can log in to the student’s account using their Admission/SR No. and the newly created password. The same credentials can be used on both the Web portal and the Mobile app by entering the correct school code (e.g., example.nexterp.in).
