How can I add a school re-opening date on the report card format for all classes?

You can add the reopening date by updating the report card template.

⚠️ Important:
Editing a Report Card Template should only be done if you are familiar with the Visual/HTML Editor. Incorrect modifications may break the layout or disrupt data mapping.

Steps to Add School Reopen Date

1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder.
2. Select the report card template where you want to add the reopening date.
   • If the same template is used across classes, update the common template.
   • If class groups use different templates, update each relevant template.
3. Click the Eye (View/Edit) icon to open the template editor.
4. Place your cursor at the desired location and manually type:
   “School Reopens on: DD/MM/YYYY” (replace with the actual date).
5. Click Submit to save the changes.
6. Republish the report card to generate the updated version.
