Step 1: Download the Fee Collection Report for Online Transactions
- Log in to NextOS using your admin credentials.
- Navigate to Finance > Fee > Reports > Fee Collection Report.
- Select the desired date range and choose Online Transactions (PG) as the report type.
- Click Download to save the report in Excel or PDF format.
Step 2: Download the Settlement Report from the Payment Gateway Module
- Navigate to Transactions > Finance > Payment Gateway > Reports.
- Apply the required date filters and download the Settlement Report for that period.
- You can also use the Online Transaction tab in the Payment Gateway module to view settlement details directly on-screen.
Step 3: Cross-Check the Payment Date and Settlement Date
- Open both the Fee Collection Report and the Settlement Report side by side.
- Compare the Payment Date from the Fee Collection Report with the Settlement Date from the Settlement Report.
- Note any transactions where the dates do not match.
- Alternatively, verify these details directly in the Online Transaction tab by checking the Payment Date and Settlement Date columns.

- If discrepancies are found, update the settlement date in your records or consult the support team for clarification.
