How can I change a student’s class when an error message prompts me to delete marks?

To change a student’s class after marks have been entered. You must first delete the marks before changing the class.

Step 1: Delete Marks

  1. Delete marks for each Term, Assessment, and Subject.
  2. Go to Student > Examination > Marks Entry.
  3. Find the student, and delete the marks for each Term, Assessment, and Subject.

Step 2: Change the Class

  1. Go to Student > Student List & Reports > Student List.
  2. Search and select the student.
  3. Open the Student tab and click the pencil icon to edit.
  4. Update the Class and Section, then click Save.

Note: Class change will not be allowed unless all marks are deleted.
