How can I change the class of a student from UKG to LKG if fees have already been paid in the existing class?

If a student has already paid the fee in the current class, the payment must be cancelled before changing the class.

Step 1: Cancel the Existing Fee Payment

  1. Navigate to Finance > Cancel Fee.
  2. Select the Payment Date Range and search for the student.
  3. Click the three dots (︙) on the right side and select Cancel.
  4. Enter the Cancellation Remarks and confirm.

Step 2: Update the Student’s Class

  1. Search for the student in the Student List.
  2. Click the pen (edit) icon to modify the student details.
  3. Change the Class, then click Save.
