- Login to your Next OS account using your school admin credentials.
- Navigate to : Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy.
- From the left panel, select the respective classes (Grade 6 to Grade 10) you want to configure.
- Begin configuring the hierarchy in the following order :
- Click on Term (e.g., Term 1, Term 2).
- Add Assessment under each term (e.g., Periodic Test, Mid-Term, Annual Exam).
- Add Subjects for each assessment (like English, Maths, Science, etc.).
- Add Activities & Rubrics under subjects if applicable (for Co-Scholastic or Skill areas).
- For each level :
- Assign an appropriate Grading Scale (like 9-point grading).
- Provide Sequence Numbers (to maintain proper ordering in report cards).
- Once the structure is complete, click on Save.
