How can I configure the examination hierarchy for Grades VI–X as per the CBSE pattern?

1. Login to your Next OS account using your school admin credentials.
2. Navigate to : Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy.
3. From the left panel, select the respective classes (Grade 6 to Grade 10) you want to configure.
4. Begin configuring the hierarchy in the following order :
   • Click on Term (e.g., Term 1, Term 2).
   • Add Assessment under each term (e.g., Periodic Test, Mid-Term, Annual Exam).
   • Add Subjects for each assessment (like English, Maths, Science, etc.).
   • Add Activities & Rubrics under subjects if applicable (for Co-Scholastic or Skill areas).
5. For each level :
   • Assign an appropriate Grading Scale (like 9-point grading).
   • Provide Sequence Numbers (to maintain proper ordering in report cards).
6. Once the structure is complete, click on Save.
