How it works

• When the biometric device is configured successfully connected to the NextOS server, the system automatically pushes staff user data to the device from the branch.
• During this sync process, attendance codes are generated automatically for all the staff members.
• These codes are used by the device to record attendance accurately.

What you need to ensure

• The biometric device is properly configured and connected to the internet.
• The device status shows ONLINE.
• Staff are added in NextOS branch, and are mapped to the device from Map User Groups.

Once these conditions are met, NextOS will handle staff syncing and attendance code creation automatically, without any manual intervention.
