How can I enter revision test marks?

You can enter revision test marks using either of the following methods, depending on how your school wants to manage reporting:

1. Modify the existing marks
2. Create Supplementary Term and Enter marks separatly

Method 1: Modify Existing Marks

Use this method if the revision marks need to replace the previously entered marks.

1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Marks Entry.
2. Apply the required filters (Class, Section, Term, Assessment, Subject).
3. Update the marks or grades next to the student’s name.
4. Click Save.
5. Republish the report card to reflect the updated marks.

Method 2: Create a Supplementary Term and Enter Marks Separately

Use this method if revision test marks need to be maintained separately without overwriting existing marks.
