How can I fix a student ID card issue where the photo area has extra space?

⚠️ Important:
Avoid editing the ID Card template without understanding the Visual Editor tool, as incorrect changes can affect layout or data mapping.

Adjust the photo size in template:

  1. Go to Settings > Student > Student ID Card.
  2. Click the three dots next to the template and select Edit Template.
  3. Click the photo element to select it.
  4. Adjust the size as needed and click OK.
  5. Preview the changes.
  6. Click Save & Exit to apply.
