How can I generate the Fee Summary Report, and how can I use it effectively?

Generate Fee Summary Report

  1. Click on the Finance > Fees > Fee Reports module (Transactional side).
  2. Click on Fee Reports, choose Fee Summary Report.
  3. Apply the required filters in the required fields (such as Academic Session, Class, Section, Date Range, etc.).
  4. Click Submit to generate the Fee Summary Report.
  5. You can view the report in two ways:
    • Student-wise
    • Class & Section-wise

Benefits of the Fee Summary Report

  1. Billed Amount for Each Student: Provides a clear breakdown of the fee billed to each student.
  2. Payment Details: Shows how much the student has paid so far.
  3. Pending Dues: Displays the pending amount of fees yet to be paid by the student as of the current date.
  4. Annual Dues: Highlights how much of the annual fee remains unpaid.
  5. Fine Generation: Shows any fines that have been generated for the student.
  6. Paid Fines: Tracks how much of the fines have been paid.
  7. Summary of Totals: Provides column-wise totals, including:
    • Total billed amounts for all students
    • Total fees paid by students
    • Total pending dues (current and annual)
    • Total fines generated and paid

This summary is crucial for schools to effectively monitor fee collections and overall financial status.
