How can I insert co-scholastic subjects into the exam hierarchy?

1. Log in to your Next OS account.
2. Navigate to : Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy.
3. Select the respective class where you want to add the co-scholastic subject.
4. In the hierarchy structure :
   • Click on “+ Add Assessment”
   • When adding the assessment, choose Assessment Type as Co-Scholastic.
5. Once the co-scholastic assessment is added:
   • Click on “+ Add Subject”
   • Choose the relevant co-scholastic subject (e.g., Art, Work Education, Discipline, etc.)
6. Continue with the regular steps:
   • Add activities or rubrics if required.
   • Configure grading scale (usually a 3-point or 5-point scale).
   • Set the sequence number and other details.
7. Click on Save.
