- The parent is entering an incorrect DOB.
- The DOB is incorrectly updated in the school records.
How to Resolve:
For Parents
- Double-check the DOB you are entering. Ensure it matches the records provided to the school.
- Enter the date in the required DD/MM/YYYY format.
For School
Verify the DOB with official school records.
If incorrect, update the DOB in NextOS:
Step 1: Navigate to Student > Student List & Reports > Student List.
Step 2: Search for the student and open their profile.
Step 3: Go to the Student tab, click Edit, update the DOB, and Save the changes.
